A JCare Healthy Home Field Inspector will set up a meeting by appointment and discuss your needs. Our Inspectors have working knowledge of all kinds of Homes and Business having actually worked as Technicians themselves. As part of our visit we utilize our needs analysis forms to tailor the service you need, the choice of products and equipment and the frequency that suits your family and lifestyle. We can also determine and calendar the most convenient time and day for the service you choose.

About our Technicians

With a background in staffing we take pride in our staff training and profiles. Each of our technicians is screened through a twelve point checklist ( which we build their profile from ) to qualify to join our team. These profiles are available on specific request and our Field Inspector will share an example of their visit. Each of our staff goes through the Jcare training at our conference facility carried out by a professional trainer. They are trained on the disciplines and protocols we require for our clients which are reviewed routinely.

All Technicians are appropriately insured and uniformed with appropriate badges of identification that also depicts a hologram of their individual DBS. we supply branded equipment and Premier products and materials including Eco-friendly and Covid sanitizing ; to maintain a Healthy standard for our clients

Schedules and reliability

We Calendar your service in advance and stick to the requested routine. If you need to modify a time slot you can always contact one of our inside staff. Sometimes changes in your own routines cause this action. Where possible you will be offered the same technician(s) on a regular basis. If that is not possible you can be confident of a uniformed superior standard from any of JCare Healthy Home trained technicians.
